How do I search for loads?

How do I cancel a subscription?
You can cancel a subscription up until the day of the next scheduled payment. Remember, this cancels all future scheduled payments for that subscription.
 
Here's how to do it:

Send us an email at support@vessage.com with your first and last name, email address, and phone number and we will cancel your account.
 

Or, if you have a Paypal account you can do the following:

1.  Log in to your PayPal account.
2.  Click History under My Account at the top of the page.
3.  Choose Subscriptions from the Show drop-down menu.
4.  Check the From box and change the date back to the year the subscription was created.
5.  Click Search, and then click Details.
6.  Click Cancel Subscription.
7.  Click Cancel Subscription again.

What is a MC# and does a carrier need to have a MC# to sign up?

MC# stands for Motor Carrier Number and it is assigned by the FMCSA to carriers, brokers, and freight forwarders who have registered and been authorized to operate in interstate commerce. In order for a MC# to remain active, the company must retain the proper levels of insurance or surety bond and keep that information current with the FMCSA. We at Vessage ask that you provide us with your MC# or US DOT# when you sign up with the service.

Is the load information on Vessage.com up to date?

Vessage.com is structured so Brokers and Shippers can easily update their accounts by both adding and delete their loads. A number of shippers send their loads to Vessage.com electronically. These loads are added to our site in real-time

Can I receive SMS messages with my cell phone provider?

Currently we support the following major cell phone providers in USA: T-mobile, Sprint and Nextel. Verizon Wireless is coming soon. If your provider is not supported or you don't receive messages through this SMS test, fill out the Contact Form and let us know.

How often are load and truck postings updated?

Loads and trucks are posted on Vessage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. We update loads that are sent to us via email, fax, phone, and ftp multiple times a day.

How do I change my account profile?

You can update your account profile once you login to your account. Click on My Profile. Your account information will be pre-populated in the fields. Go ahead and make your changes and click submit. Your profile will then be updated with your new information.

Is Vessage.com a secure site?

Vessage.com is a secure site we take the security of our customer's information extremely seriously. We work diligently to guard and maintain the security of the site and your information at all times.

What happens if I do not use my account?

Vessage only cancels customer accounts at the request of the customer or for non-payment. The customer is solely responsible for canceling their account. In order to cancel your account, please send an email to support@vessage.com Please note that Vessage does not offer refunds for cancelled accounts. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the last period you have purchased.
